Our Commitment
Level Up Lifts is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people
with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for
everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we
provide equal access to all of our users.
We believe that technology should be accessible to everyone, regardless
of their abilities or disabilities. Our goal is to make our platform
usable by as many people as possible.
Conformance Status
Level Up Lifts strives to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. WCAG guidelines are internationally recognized standards for web
accessibility, developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
Current Status: Partially Conformant
"Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not
fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working
to achieve full conformance.
Accessibility Features
Our platform includes the following accessibility features:
Visual Accessibility
- Dark Mode: System-preference detection and manual toggle
for reduced eye strain
- Color Contrast: WCAG AA compliant color contrast ratios
(minimum 4.5:1 for normal text)
- Resizable Text: Support for browser zoom up to 200% without
loss of functionality
- Clear Typography: Legible font sizes and line heights
for improved readability
- No Color-Only Communication: Information is not conveyed
by color alone
Keyboard Accessibility
- Full Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements are
accessible via keyboard
- Visible Focus Indicators: Clear visual indicators show
which element has focus
- Logical Tab Order: Tab navigation follows a logical and
intuitive order
- Keyboard Shortcuts: Standard shortcuts (Tab, Enter, Escape,
Arrow keys) work as expected
- No Keyboard Traps: Users can always navigate away from
any element
Screen Reader Support
- Semantic HTML: Proper use of headings, lists, and landmarks
- ARIA Labels: Descriptive labels for interactive elements
and dynamic content
- Alternative Text: All images include descriptive alt text
- Live Regions: Dynamic content changes are announced to
screen readers
- Skip Links: Quick navigation to main content
Form Accessibility
- Clear Labels: All form fields have descriptive, visible
labels
- Error Identification: Validation errors are clearly identified
and described
- Error Suggestions: Helpful suggestions provided for correcting
errors
- Error Prevention: Confirmation required for important

Mobile Accessibility
- Touch Target Size: Interactive elements are at least 44x44
pixels
- Responsive Design: Layout adapts to different screen sizes
- Orientation Support: Works in both portrait and landscape
- Gesture Alternatives: All gestures have alternative input

We are aware of the following accessibility limitations and are working
to address them:
- Some PDF documents may not be fully accessible - we are working on
remediation
- Complex data visualizations may require additional screen reader
descriptions
- Third-party integrations may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA
standards
- Some legacy features are in the process of being updated for better
accessibility
